About the Program

SBA MICROLOAN PROGRAM provides commercial loans from $1000 to $35,000 in Washington, Greene, Fayette and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania and Monongalia in West Virginia. The purpose of this financing is to encourage the creation and growth of new and expanding small businesses.

· The program provides financing at a fixed interest rate which is currently 6 percent.

· Eligible uses of financing include: working capital; purchase of inventory; purchase of equipment.

· Borrowers must demonstrate job creation and retention.

· Standard application required.
