The Starpointe Business Park is a reclamation of mine-scarred land for the purposes of bringing jobs and manufacturing back to Washington County. The park will offer premium lots with excellent utilities access and unbeatable site locations. Completion of making sites in the 148 acre Phase I location “pad-ready” will be followed by further expansions to cover 1,153 total acres.
